Cancellation policy

Every hotel and every rate has its own cancellation terms. They are shown on the hotel page and again at checkout, before you pay.

In general

• Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge until the free-cancellation deadline shown for that rate.
• After the deadline, a cancellation fee set by the hotel applies.
• Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
• A refund goes back to the original payment and can take a few days to appear with your bank.

How to cancel

Open your booking under My account and choose Cancel booking. The screen shows the fee and refund before you confirm.
